  1. Smile more.
  2. If you want more than one slice of cake, don’t you let anybody stop you!
  3. Let the people you love, know that you love them.
  4. Get a pet.
  5. Let grudges go.
  6. Take the scenic route.
  7. Have a bubble bath,with more bubbles than water.
  8. Work out.
  9. Change up your look, new you new outlook!
  10. Cuddle more.
  11. Leave work at work.
  12. Meet new people.
  13. Wear sexy underwear, really sexy ‘I could be a stripper’ underwear.
  14. If you want to sit and watch 7 series of your favourite programme in a mad marathon you go ahead and do that!
  15. Don’t be scared to make a change.
  16. Say ‘Yes’ more.
  17. Clean your house from top to bottom, clean house clean mind.
  18. Take your mistakes and learn from them, don’t see them as negatives.
  19. Reach out to somebody you haven’t heard from in a long time.
  20. Stop comparing yourself to other people, everyone has qualities that shine.
  21. Treat yourself as and when you want.
  22. Let yourself fall in love.
  23. Drink, let loose.
  24. Sing to bad music like it’s the soundtrack of your life.
  25. New bedding, everybody loves new bedding!
  26. Surround yourself with positive people.
  27. Wake up and watch the sunrise.
  28. Eat chocolate, good chocolate.
  29. Sleep naked and embrace the fresh sheets.
  30. Don’t let anybody tell you you’re not as hilarious as you think you are.
  31. Get LOADS of bubble wrap, wrap yourself in it and just run into things.
  32. Match up your socks, nobody wants to be alone.
  33. Finish the book.
  34. Stop weighing yourself.
  35. Make more time for you.
  36. Mute your TV and make your own story to what is happening.
  37. Let your not so attractive laugh out, don’t hide it.
  38. Pick fresh flowers and bring them home.
  39. Put fresh clothes on just out of the dryer.
  40. Just be you.
